Author Topic: Unable To Produce Invoice Reports  (Read 5892 times)

For the past two months I have been unable to produce Invoice Reports. I see invoice numbers, I can print and email invoices, but when I run the report (From the Invoice Module), it says There Are No Invoices Matching Your Criteria. I do not have ANY filters set. HELP!

If all your Filters are set to "Optional", the only thing I can think of is that your Date Range is set incorrectly.  You could try setting the Start Date to Jan 1st and the End Date to the last day of this month and see what happens.

If you have invoices within that date range and still get nothing, we would need to have you email us a backup from your database file (via Dropbox) and we could run it here to see if we see anything odd.

Nothing. All filters set to Optional. Date Range - Jan 1, 2015 - Oct 31, 2015. Nothing. Where should I email the backup?
