I've been trying to run an invoice report but when I click 'Generate' the generating icon displays and then the app closes.
I've tried different date ranges with no luck.

I've run this report before with no issues. Am just trying to update my data on my laptop but can't get the export to work.

I've checked the reports in the reports module and I can run and export them ok so it is only the generation of the report from the invoices module.

Any suggestions?

In the meantime, have a Merry Christmas and looking forward to many cool updates in the new year.  Smiley

The first thing that I always recommend is rebooting the device.  Occasionally the iOS just gets stupid (could be low memory issue or something else) and crashes.  Press and hold the top button on the device and wait for it to say "Slide to power off".  Do that and wait for it to shutdown.  After it has shutdown, you can press and hold the power button again until the Apple log shows.  After it has booted back up, try Time Master again.

Thanks Adam.
I actually tried that one before posting.
It's amazing how often a kick in the bum fixes all things electronic.
Not this time though

Ok, please send us an email so we can work with you directly.  support at on-core.com.  Let us know what device you are running it on (iPhone 5, iPad 2, etc), which version of Time Master (says on the bottom of the main Setup screen) and which iOS you are running?
