I know this can be used on iPhone and iPad but can you use it on a Mac?

We do not currently have a Mac version of Time Master.  It is very likely that we will "port" it to Mac OSX sometime in the future, but we do not have an ETA for that yet as we are still very busy adding other features to the iOS version first.
