The easiest thing to try is to reboot your device.  This ensures that the new OS is properly reset after installing.  I too have had weird issues with programs just after an iOS update.  We would also HIGHLY encourage everyone to do a Backup to Dropbox or using Time Master Central before doing any iOS updates and even Time Master updates!  And do them frequently as a matter of course.

To reboot your device, press and hold the top power button until it says "Slide to power off".  Do that and wait for it to shut down completely.  After the screen is off, then press and hold the top power button for a few seconds until you see the Apple logo appear. After it has booted up, give Time Master a try.
