Dear On-Core,
I'm probably the wrong type of person using this 'App'. I don't do multiple short jobs "On & Off" during the day, I get booked for a job for a 'Flat' day rate including 'taxes'. If I go over the Day rate maximum hours [10 Hours] I can add overtime at 1.5T.

So is it possible that Time Manager can derive from 'Time entries' whether or not its over 10, and then show on reports or invoices [Flat Rate + any overtime =].

Project: TV Sound Mixer                 Start     End      Durn      Rate        Total    Overtime      Rate      OTotal      Net Total      Taxes@17.5%      Grand Total
Task:  Tracklay & Mix 2 Episodes     09:30   21:30    10.00    £25.00    £250.00     + 2         £42.00     £84.00      £334.00           £58.45             £392.45

I can produce this result but it needs separate time entries for the 10 hour bit then the overtime, this requires entering duplicate data an space on the screen.
also on a related note. Each task I do is at a fixed location with predeterminable travel expenses, can these expenses be automatically assigned each time I work.
Cheers Richard, PS looking forward to the release of iPhone OS4, and hoping that all of Time Masters' data could be seen and accessed on 'iCal'

Hi Richard,

We do want to add a simple Overtime / Double time to Time Master.  It is on our ToDo list!  Unfortunately I do not have a timeline for it yet, but this is something that we are definitely going to do.   Smiley
