My entries are no longer showing up on the calendar on my Mac laptop, iPad or iPhone. I recently updated to the latest OS and I'm receiving this message:  "APP" is not optimized for your Mac and needs to be updated. Is it because Time Master is not a 64 bit app? If so, when will it be updated?

I'm not quite following your question.  The Time Master app runs on iOS, not Mac OSX, so there is no message about 64 bit on the Mac for this app.  We last updated TM on July 14, 2018, so it is pretty current.  I did test an entry to the Calendar on my iPhone X running iOS 12 and is still working correctly.  Perhaps you need to review the settings:  Setup -> Calendar and make sure everything is set ok on your iPhone/iPad.
