When I create a new entry and link a client, the list I have is sorted by client's title.

i.e. Mr A Brown, Mr A Smith

Can we sort by surname i.e. Brown then Smith.

Alternatively I have all my clients under M for Mr or Mrs.

I have searched the forums but couldn't see anything relating to this.

The only other way I can think of is entering clients details manually as opposed to copying across from my address book.

Regards
Robbie

Leave out the surname prefix in the "Short Name" field, but you can put it in the "Long Name".  The short name is used on the device and Report export.  The long name is used on Invoices.

The problem with this is that I do use the reporting export facility for emailing a breakdown to time spent on client cases.

I don't have the invoicing bolt on.

Sorry, there is nothing that can be done for reports export.  We are not going to start adding prefix and suffixes.   Sad

Ok at least I'm not missing something obvious.

Thanks for taking the time to response.
