This is simple, for the most part, with the exception of exactly what “Late 2009” means. Apple often names its products like that, using “Early” and “Late” to identify models.

If everyone is "local", you could Sync all the devices to one "master" device and run reports on it.  I do have to note that the optional Synchronization module *only* works on a Local WiFi connection.  It cannot work across the internet (e.g. people at different locations).

I've been using Timemaster for around 10 years now and I think it's great! It's perfect for my business!!

However, my team has grown and so producing invoices from the individual timesheets is now a long and arduous task!! I need to either move to another product which will enable the timesheets to integrate automatically instead of me having to manually calculate them


I am hoping there is a magic solution that means I can keep using Timemaster but that invoicing my clients is easier and the individual timesheets will integrate and give me a total amount of hours that has been worked by all staff members.

Can anyone help me please?? Please please please...??

So there's no way of running it on earlier versions of iOS? That's a bummer. Understandable, but still a bummer for me at least. lol

As time passes, Apple makes it impossible to "compile" code for the older version of iOS.  However the major contributing factor for iOS 9 this time around was Dropbox.  They changed their API (Application Programming Interface) and the minimum iOS that it would run on was iOS 9.  The killed support for their previous API and it would not run anymore, so we were force to make that the minimum version.  We always try to support the oldest iOS versions as we possible can.

I have several examples of duplicated payments which means reconciliation is tedious and unreliable.
I have one customer in particular that makes multiple payments on the one day. Sometimes they're for different invoices, sometimes they break up individual invoices into multiple payments.

This is where the duplicates happen. I enter each payment in as they were paid. Some time later I find that all the payments from that customer on the one day are now the same value.
Eg. Customer pays today amounts of $100, $500, $1500 and $2000. I enter them as such and apply them appropriately.
Later on, maybe eom or eoy I'm reviewing payments and all those payments now appear as say $2000. Same result if I run a payments report. There is the correct number of payments but only one of them is the correct value.
If I go to edit each payment, the notes and amount values are all the same but the applied details differ. (I'm assuming the applied details are correct but other than the one, they don't correspond to the recorded amount).

I don't know at what point they get out of whack but I was thinking it may be as a result of synching with my phone. At least that might be a place to start...  Undecided

For database items like Client, Projects, Tasks, Expenditures, etc. you can go into the Database section to edit those types of items.  There is an option called "Hidden".  If you check that off, you will only see those items in the Database section and will not see those in the regular pickers.

thanks, however it is not exactly what I wanted, the projects are still there, and I need always switch the filters. Also to mark as reported works only after I save the report to my comp. There should be an option for each project in Time entries panel just to mark as finished with one click and not showing anymore in time entries but somewhere in old, archived project.

But for now I can live with that filtering, if there is no will to implement such a thing. At least let's hope the author listens to us, customers, who paid for this software.

Just to make sure, you are using the optional QuickBooks module, correct?  It does have headers in the file.  For example the first line should look like this:


Then followed by the items.  After that is the Time record header:


And all the Time entry records.
