Title: Moving a session to a different task. Possible?
Post by: awarner on June 25, 2012, 02:07:16 am
Hi there,
I use Time Master for all my timekeeping and generally default to using sessions.

Occasionally I find I start on a session thinking that it's associated with a particular Project only to change my mind part of the way through or at the end.

When that happens it would be nice to be able to move the session to the correct project rather than having to re-enter all the details in a new session.

Does anyone know if it's possible?

Regards,
Andrew.

Hi Andrew,

No we do not have a provision for moving any session from one Time Entry to another.  You will have to "copy" and text out and re-create the session in the other Time Entry and paste the text into the new one.

Thanks Adam,
I'll just have to be more careful. It's a wonderful app. I use it all day, every day (except most weekends).

Regards,
Andrew.
