Brilliant worked really well thanks for the help. I know this might be on a different thread but.... I'm just about to buy an Ipad do you know if i have to purchase the app again for the ipad or will it be added when i first connect the ipad?
No you do not. Just Sync your new iPad in iTunes and it (should) install all the apps. If for some reason it does not bring the data across, just do a Backup from your iPhone and Restore to your iPad. The free secure Dropbox method works really well! Setup -> Database -> Online Backup & Restore. Sign in or sign up. We HIGHLY recommend doing a Backup before doing any update to iOS and even before updating Time Master incase Apple's update fails for some reason, you can alway restore if you do a Backup first. BTW, you'll love the iPad!

(Shameless plug). You may want to consider the optional Synchronization module. We developed that when the iPad came out because so many people wanted to Sync their iPhone and iPad. I use it myself. I like using the iPad in the office because of the bigger screen, but if I'm on the road, I always have my iPhone with me. When I get back to the office, I sync the two over Wi-Fi (note you can also do it via Bluetooth if no Wi-Fi is available). That way you don't have to worry about Backing up one device and then Restoring to the other and then wondering if you remember to do a Backup beforehand, etc.
