Perhaps I missed a step after I purchased the optional invoicing module. I did not know that I should first go to "setup" after purchasing the optional invoice module. If I was sent any instructions concerning how to implement the invoicing module, I missed them. After purchasing and downloading the optional invoicing app, I immediately tried to generate invoices for work time I had already entered into Time Master. Now I am unable to access the font size, the header and I have been unable to generate or email any actual invoices. I can only generate and email reports of hours worked and billed (not in invoice format and not including my address or client's address).
After I began to have problems, I learned of and I viewed the video on On-Call's web site showing how to use the optional invoicing module. What is shown (during the second half of the first minute of the first of two video about invoicing) does not seem to be accessible on my Iphone now. Please tell me how to set-up and email my invoices without loosing the time records and client data I have recorded in Time Master.
